Shawn and his crew did an awesome job replacing my deck. I knew I wanted to get a composite deck, but didn't have a great vision for it. Shawn was clearly very knowledgeable about decks and helped my wife and I settle on a color and design and he did so without trying to upcharge us on any expensive add-ons. He was also a good communicator throughout the project. C&S took out my old wood deck, re-leveled it and replaced it with composite decking. The crew was extremely thorough with all their work and didn't cut corners. They were careful to make sure everything was straight and evenly spaced. The pictures don't do it justice - I would highly recommend C&S!

I just want to commend Shawn and his entire crew for their diligent and attentive service this winter. They have gone above and beyond to keep up with the heavy snowfalls we have been getting as of late. Even before this, they were right on top of snow and I never had to worry that my driveway wouldn't be plowed in time for me to leave for work between 7-8AM. They are troopers and I can't thank them enough or recommend them more highly!

Ok...update...We have now also worked with Shawn and his crew for our home improvement/update projects. If I could give him 10 stars I would!!! Shawn and his crew have done an outstanding job on replacing our very old carpet with beautiful Pergo. They dealt with all the "issues" our home dished out (we joke what you see is never what you get with our house) and even went above and beyond and completed work another contractor left undone! When we had the unexpected downed tree, they took care of this as well!! I recommend Shawn and his crew year-round wholeheartedly! You couldn't find better!

I could not be happier with Shawn and his crew. I had a deck rebuilt and from the moment I reached out for an estimate to the time they finished the job, the entire process has been nothing but easy. Shawn stays in constant communication, walked me through everything they would be doing for the deck, and offered a fair and reasonable estimate. He was very patient with all of my questions and I had a lot!

Not only did they build me a beautiful new deck, they hauled everything away, left my yard absolutely pristine, and even planted grass seed where they removed a portion of lower deck.

I would recommend this company to everyone and plan to keep them very busy with future projects. Thank you for everything!

Shawn and his crew recently installed a composite deck. It is beautiful. Shawn suggested the grey color and I like it much better than the brown I selected. The crew was professional and hauled our old wooden deck away. Shawn is very communicative and provides updates on scheduling and materials. The pricing was very reasonable. You can trust C&S to do a good job. I would not hesitate to hire them in the future.

I had a fantastic experience with Shawn and his team. They were incredibly responsive to my initial inquiry and worked diligently to find a solution that fit my budget. The patio renovation is amazing, and my lawn looks better than ever. I appreciate their open communication throughout the entire process. Highly recommend!

Due to recent mild winters in Central NY, we developed water drainage issues in our backyard. C & S Property Management installed a French water drainage system in our backyard, re-directing the water to drain out to our sloped front yard and down the street to our storm drain. Mr. Seymour and his company did an awesome job with this project. He has a great positive attitude and strong work ethic with competitive pricing, and he had great communication skills throughout all phases of the project. He is very reliable, and kept the work area as tidy as possible. Mr. Seymour and his team are nice hard working gentlemen who work very well together and do quality work. I would highly recommend him, and look forward to working with him again on our next home improvement project.

When looking for estimates on some home improvements I chose C & S Property Management. I felt they had the most reasonable prices. They painted several rooms, installed outlets, and remodeled my bathroom. Their work was impeccable. It turned out more of a project than expected we needed major plumbing work. They got the work done and stayed within my tight budget. They communicated and showed me what they were running into every step of the way. They were knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to work with. They will be the first ones I call in the future. I highly recommend them for any home improvement, home emergencies or any lawn needs. I do not think there is anything they can not do!

Shawn & team were quick to respond and get the job I needed done. I needed some bushes removed from my front lawn; they did everything no problem and within a quick time. I will definitely be giving them a call again when I need more work done!

We highly recommend C&S Property Management. They are professional, courteous, with excellent communication throughout the project. Most important, they have high standards and their work is impeccable. They deliver what they promise and in many cases a lot more. I wish I could post before and after photos here. We are property owners living in a different state, needless to say it is quite difficult to do anything remotely, but not with C&S Property Management, you can trust they will do the work the right way, and if you want, as we needed, they will provide great advice and implement ideas! Handyman Services does not cover what they have completed for us, stunning renovations, security protocol, snow removal and so much more. Shawn, the owner, is truly someone you can trust! I would give it 10 stars if I could.
